Wannan labarin ya mayar da hankali kan halayen acidity na saman sinadarai masu kara kuzari da tallafi (γ-Al2O3, CeO2, ZrO2, SiO2, TiO2, HZSM5 zeolite) da kuma gano samansu ta hanyar auna zafin jiki na ammonia desorption (ATPD). ATPD hanya ce mai inganci kuma mai sauƙi wadda saman, bayan an cika shi da ammonia a ƙananan zafin jiki, ke fuskantar canjin zafin jiki, wanda ke haifar da gushewar ƙwayoyin bincike da kuma rarraba zafin jiki.
Ta hanyar nazarin adadi da/ko inganci na tsarin cirewar, ana iya samun bayanai kan kuzarin cirewar/sharar da adadin ammonia da ke sha a saman (ammonia). A matsayin wani sinadari na asali, ana iya amfani da ammonia a matsayin bincike don tantance sinadarin acid na saman. Waɗannan bayanai na iya taimakawa wajen fahimtar halayen catalytic na samfuran har ma da taimakawa wajen daidaita haɗakar sabbin tsarin.
